Your ideas brought to life.
A document is produced outlining the high level requirements for the project. In the collaborative whiteboard sessions, we bring our knowledge of the innovative and the high-tech industry to help further enhance your product. This document is signed off by you after a few revisions indicating that all requirements for the project have been captured correctly.
Our Project Manager & Lead Developer will sit with you and discuss each requirement in detail and update the requirements document with low level implementation guidelines. This is done to address any high risk features and ensure that the implementation is line with your vision.
A graphic designer will take the Requirements, Wireframes and a Design brief produced with you, to produce full responsive design with colour schemes and branding for key pages. Typically, due to the cost, most projects will select a set of key pages to design and then development will follow the basic design for all other screens as getting full designs for every screen can increase the cost.
The development is started after the design phase is complete. Development is broken down into 2-3 week sprints following agile methodology. Once key features have been implemented and passed initial internal developer testing, they are released internally for an initial review. This cycle is repeated until the application is polished and ready for User Acceptance Testing.
We will provide you the software to test and approve. You may decide to release the application to a limited number of clients, which we will monitor closely to get initial feedback and ensure that it is working well in the field. Once approved the application is released to the public on live servers.
We will provide an online service desk where you and customers can log issues with priority. The SLA response and resolution times are agreed with the you based on priority.
